Beal Safety Rope Dynamic 11mm Apollo 2 TRANS MEDIA MAKMUR Adventure The Beal Appllo II is an 11mm diameter single rope that is designed to be ultra tough. It is an ideal rope for big walls, use by centres or for top roping. It would make an excellent first rope as it has that extra diameter that will give you that bit more confidence. Made with 48 Bobbins and covered with a tough breaded sheath this is a very tough rope. The only down side of this is it is a little heavy compared to other ropes at 75g/ meter. This rope comes complete with Beals own Dry Cover as standard, this helps with longevity of the rope as it is less permeable to water and dirt and helps resistance to abrasion. The Beal Apollo ropes now come packed inside a free rope bag. The rope bag has an adjustable shoulder strap for carrying and a fold out 1m x 1m sheet with colour coded tie points to lay the rope on when in use. A great free add on from Beal.
